Discovered in 2011 in the bed of the Garon, this stone commemorates Benoît de Gérando (1737–1809), architect for the City of Lyon and owner of the La Boissonnière estate. Intended for the former village cemetery, the stele was likely abandoned due to its weight during cemetery relocation in 1855.
