Inaugurated in 1921, this limestone obelisk topped with a cast-iron Gallic rooster commemorates the fallen of Brignais. Laurel motifs, crossed sword and palm, and artillery shells evoke sacrifice and remembrance. It remains the focal point of local commemorations.
